At Lime Rock, I was solely responsible for researching, implementing, and administering an on-premises ITSM to manage support for all users within the partnered companies. The ITSM successfully went into production within the first 3 months on the job, immediately doubling IT support responsiveness. I then trained the IT team in best support practices using current ITIL guidelines. I also designed new workflows that greatly increased efficiency of the employee onboarding and offboarding process. I provided consultation for customers about daily IT support routines and database maintenance. Among my accomplishments, I managed a project to implement maintenance software across a global network of more than 70 deep-sea oil drilling platforms. I helped directly by developing SQL functionality to synchronize data across multiple servers, designed to work with an unreliable satellite network when out at sea. I also recruited, trained, and led testing teams to maximize the quality and performance of newly designed applications and software updates throughout the project.
