My employment at UCF started as a Teaching Assistant from 1998 until 2003. Upon graduation, I continued my employment as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2003 until 2005. I continue to work at UCF as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching students since 2005.

Major projects and accomplishments include:First trial court to enable Multi-Factor Authentication to all end users.Created the first known IT Strategic plan for the circuit.With the support of an amazing team, converted to remote court proceedings during the COVID-19 pandemic.Implemented the first IT ticketing system in the circuit.Implemented the first security assessment and training software. Hired the first developer and the first AV technician for the circuit.Acted as Director of Product for custom-built, public-facing software. Earned two Info-Tech CIO Awards, based on survey results from internal end-user surveys.

Responsible for the design, maintenance, and support of CLSMF’s technology systems. This includes directing all IT operations to align with organizational goals, supporting and maintaining existing applications, and developing innovative technical solutions.During my tenure at CLSMF, I have directed the firm-wide deployment of Windows 10, Office 2016, Office 365, moved our employees to a 100% mobile compute environment, implemented an all office teleconferencing system, designed and deployed a breakroom billboard solution, implemented call center software, converted an on-prem VOIP solution to a SaaS solution, and moved all applications and servers to SaaS and IaaS solutions.Technologies utilized include Skype for Business Phone System and Calling Plan, Azure AD attached Surface devices, Windstream Enterprise, Genesys PureCloud, O365 including most applications within an E5 license, Reflexion, Brivo, and LegalServer.Projects managed during my tenure at CLSMF include building AI chatbots, implementing an RFID inventory system, coordinating new office buildouts from an IT and Operational point of view, and internal IT process automation.
