Accountable for the evolution of the Partners Worldwide brand, marketing and communication strategy, plans, processes, and products. Collaborate to develop a world-class, integrated communications plan, based on a sound brand strategy, direct a broad range of marketing and fund development activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization’s brand and position the organization to achieve its strategic and financial goals. Accountable for certain administrative services provided by the Global Service Center that include: a sound information & technology (IT) infrastructure that supports the growth and specific programs and processes of the organization. This position is also accountable for the goals, compliance, and directives initiated by the HR team, senior leaders, and HR partner.Serve as a member of the Service Team (GSC directors), providing leadership and fosteringteamwork among leaders and staff to effectively advance the mission, vision, and spiritual values ofPartners Worldwide.
