This included the implementation of critical patient journey interventions, ensuring that the IT infrastructure - including analytics - was operationally ready as demonstrated during 2 mock launches, over 250 case managers trained, leading cross-functional internal and external stakeholders communications to ensure Plegridy's program pull-through. 3) Drove the identification of issues to Plegridy's launch success and lead cross-functional task forces Context: Issue was that launch products face delayed payer formulary reviews (ie, United Healthcare) and increased restrictions. To address this, I led the development of an innovative program called EnhancedPA, contracted with a 3rd party, piloted and implemented the program to assist with launch access hurdles. Results: The pilot outcome led to 3x faster PA approvals and 2x the positive PA outcomes, reducing cycle time and increasing the amount of commercial patients on Plegridy, Tecfidera and Avonex, and was rolled out to all Plegridy patients that used Patient Services upon launch.
