Current> Manage capital projects with budgets up to $1M by contributing to equipment and work specifications, creating project timelines, budgets and forecasts, recommending materials, equipment, project resources, and contractors, and participating in design reviews to ensure solution is viable> Provide engineering and design input for improving production processes and product packaging equipment> Create engineering drawings for new designs and create as-built drawings.> Ensure new equipment and designs adhere to Johns Manville policy and CalOSHA regulations regarding safety, ergonomics, and environmental impact
