As an Insourcing service centre (BPO) service provider in the Banking industry. The role is to provide related administrative office support ranging from mid to back office operations to specific branches throughout the APAC region to centralize information, processing, talent and innovation to provide an unified mission and value for excellence in services rendered with the highest degree of fiduciary commitment to every customer.Duties are rotational and reconciliation in nature following SOP. Adherence to time-sensitive cut-off times for remittances, treasury and customer requests.Daily compliance checkpoints to perform within scope of SLA of currently 4 branches.Handling, clearing and reporting of cheques. Fixed Deposits inputs, reporting and reconciliation. Customer Identity validation and information handling. Cross departmental communication with project team, front, middle and back colleagues.Refocused into audit role to validate audit requests on business quarterly reports, standing orders and audit related scope.
