My role is to assist in enhancing InHealth’s recruitment processes, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring we continue to attract top talent to join our organisation. I am responsible for;- Project Based Recruitment- Recruitment Strategy & Execution- Stakeholder Engagement- Technology & Innovation- Talent Team SupportWe work collaboratively with NHS and private sector referrers to improve access, affordability and timely diagnosis and treatment for patients, providing tests, scans and examinations for more than 4 million patients a year across the UK.

I was responsible for talent acquisition on behalf of InHealth, specifically for; Audiology, Cardiac, PET-CT / Radioligand Therapy, Mammography and AAA Screening within our Community Diagnostic Centres and mobile units nationwide, as well as supporting our Patient Referral Centre in Rochdale.

I was responsible for clinical and medical talent acquisition on behalf of Practice Plus Group Hospital Southampton, St Mary's Surgical Centre Portsmouth and their Urgent Treatment Centres. They provide NHS and private elective care in orthopaedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, general surgery, gynaecology, dental, ENT and urology as well as access to diagnostic, pharmacy and assessment services.

I recruited skilled staff for a wide range of HVAC & M&E organisations within the UK. I supported global manufacturers to independent contractors with their search for entry level talent to technical expertise and management for roles such as;- Sales Professionals (Internal & External)- Project Managers- Estimators- Design, Project / Contract & Application Engineers- Technical Support Engineers- Field Engineers & Managers- Administrative / Operational StaffAs a team we had an abundance of experience within the HVAC / M&E sector with the ability to source excellent applicants for niche and commercial markets and in turn providing them with exposure to the best employers in the industry.

I worked within the WR Health team specialising in clinical recruitment and Key Account management for job seekers and the UK's leading healthcare providers.This was inclusive of but not limited to;- Elderly Nursing / Dementia Care- Residential Care- Private Surgical / Medical Services- Acute Mental Health Services- Learning Disability Services- Complex Care (ABI/Neurological)My purpose was to build and maintain effective and appropriate candidate/client relationships to introduce the highest quality nursing and healthcare professional talent to the most suitable employer.I was responsible for the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to business development, while managing my own existing index of job seekers and clients.Since becoming a Senior member of the division I was regularly involved in the management and development of existing team members as well as the recruitment of new staff across the business.
