Breadfast is Egypt’s leading online grocery brand with aspirations to become the super app for the Middle East and Africa. It was the first company in the MENA region to be recognized as YC Top Company. I lead the product design and research team and am responsible for championing our customers and using design thinking to accelerate our growth.

Fantasy was an early influence on my design career so I was very excited to take a short-term contract with them to establish a vision for a new consumer product in the wifi, parenting and digital wellbeing space.

I left Yelp to backpack around the world with my wife for eight months! We drank wine in Mendoza, ate cheesecake in Basque, hiked grass paddies in Vietnam and snorkelled in the Philippines.

I moved to London to start our first UK design office which focused on ensuring our businesses have a great experience joining Yelp. And I continued to manage the US-based XD (Cross Functional Design) team which includes Design Systems, UX Writing and Design Ops.

I managed the Consumer, Content and Home Services design teams - together we help hundreds of millions of people each month find everything from ramen to roofers to reviews.I was responsible for the entire consumer experience (including home, search and our business listings). I managed several teams including Home Services, Growth and Contributions. Basically, if you're using Yelp to find local businesses, my team was probably responsible for your experience!

I started and ran our Design Systems team which launched Yelp's first product wide redesign and visual language overhaul in 10 years!Before that I was a Senior Product Manager on the Transactions team and responsible for the food ordering experience and launching our Grubhub partnership.

I managed the core experience and was responsible for launching a new discovery experience.I was also part of the product management team that sold Eat24 to Grubhub for $287.5 million - more than double what Yelp bought the company for two years earlier.

Product owner for the travel vertical within Google Search, I was responsible for building products that help users plan and organise travel across the suite Google products.Launched our first desktop experience and was recognised by Fast Company in their Innovation by Design awards.

Managed our B2B product portfolio, and built partner solutions such as API's, content marketing and branded interactive web and mobile products.Responsible for identifying and leveraging internal assets to produce cost effective solutions that delivered high ROI for clients across a range of industries, focussing on tourism, education, media and technology.

Led a five person product design team to deliver web, mobile and print solutions for clients such as Budget Rent a Car, Singapore Airlines and Philippines Tourism. This included hiring and mentoring product designers by providing feedback and ensuring growth opportunities.Responsible for conceptualising & executing our most critical international marketing efforts for product launches and brand campaigns.Optimised internal design workflow to improve quality control processes to ensure high quality, timely output under demanding deadlines.

Established and ran a boutique digital agency, producing work for some of Australia's biggest brands across web and video.Cultivated a team of creative talent including engineering, design and videography. Worked with local universities to identify and develop junior talent.

Responsible for the creative direction of all aspects of the product, including launching the initial product and all associated brand and marketing collateral.

Directed local and international programming and managed studio teams, working closely with producers & presenters to achieve successful broadcast outcomes.
