March 2020As I've gained more professional experience in the work field, I have developed a love for Laravel and VueJS. My experience in developing APIs, configuring MVC applications, designing reusable Vue components, setting up RESTful routing, and so much more has grown to a point where I feel I am a confident well-rounded developer.My expectations for future employment opportunities have grown with my experience. Along with working as part of a creative team to accomplish challenging tasks, I now also seek to work with developers who strive to write clean performant code while following best practices.---Prior to 2020Since graduation from Keiser University in Lakeland, FL in 2006, I have pursued my career in graphic design, layout, and web development. I began my career working alongside my family at our former business Everything’s inTACK where I was in charge of the development, maintenance, and order fulfillment of our e-commerce store. Here is where I gained a solid foundation in coding, graphic design, and photography.Our business was booming and we were steadily increasing web transactions, but in line with the real estate crash in 2010, the demand for equine products declined and we decided to close our doors.Shortly after I applied for the wonderful company Image Depot Express and I was thrown into a world of fast paced production. There I learned the ins-and-outs of designing for screen-print production, large-format printing, and a robust assortment of promotional products. Image Depot Express provided me the opportunity to quickly expand my knowledge and I began taking on increasingly challenging tasks.
