I love systems. I love architecting ways to organize the chaos and abstractness of the world, which is why I love algorithms. Algorithms allow one to convert a seemingly abstract problem or task into an organized series of steps. However, the best of these algorithms in my opinion are AI algorithms as they allow even more abstract and complex tasks to be converted into tasks to be solved systematically. They use robust systems to bring order to the abstract chaos of everyday life. I have focused most of my work on AI applied to robotics as robotics, through its interactions with the physical world, in my opinion, allows AI to reach new domains and reach farther and help more people than it ever could before.
