Two of the awards recognised Josh and his dedication to the business. In 2020 were also awarded Gold Coast Family Business of the year.An asset in times of change, Josh successfully navigated the business through the transition of becoming a supply only retailer. He was tasked with the responsibility of converting previous installation competitors into loyal customers. The visionary industry leader has also negotiated and secured business deals with international retailers ahead of other wholesalers Nationwide. As the General Manager, Josh prioritises the professional and personal development of his staff and is committed to ensuring his team reaches their goals. His leadership style encourages a shared sense of ownership across the business.  He has ambitious plans for Marques Flooring to be the leading timber flooring supplier in Australia.With a track record in reaching his goals, Josh is set to make this a reality. He purchased his first investment property when he was 18-years-old. A goal he set for himself in his teens. By the age of 21, Josh had built a $1 million property portfolio, a goal he hoped to achieve by 25.For 30+ years Josh has called the Gold Coast Home.
