About Josh Mcadam Arm, Clcs, Cwcp, Cris®
Josh is a licensed New York State Insurance Consultant concentrating on Health & Safety Risk Management. He earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego. In addition to having both the CSM (Certified Safety Manager) and CSMC (Certified Safety Manager in Construction) Designations from the National Association of Safety Professionals, he also maintains the Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional (CWCP) designation through Michigan State University’s School of Labor & Industrial Relations. Josh is also an alumnus of the Hartford School of Insurance where he studied all lines of commercial insurance coverages ultimately receiving the ACLC (Advanced Commercial Lines Consultant) Designation. Josh has completed the Construction (CSHST) and General (GSHST) Safety and Health Specialist Training at the OSHA Education Center at the Rochester Institute of Technology and currently is an OSHA Outreach Trainer for both the Construction and General Industries. In addition to maintaining the CRIS® designation (Construction Risk Insurance Specialist) which is commissioned by the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. and sponsored by CFMA and RIMS, he also maintains the CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) designation from the National Underwriter Company. Josh is also an alum of the Lone Star Medic Training Facility and currently maintains the American Red Cross’ BLS Instructor certification allowing him to teach First Aid, CPR & AED Courses.
