During my time at MAX, I was instrumental in the decision to purchase and install Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget), resulting in four initial customer journeys and five rules-based automations. I collaborated with the V.P. of Organizational Development to form a Digital Task Force, helping to guide the organization’s retail eCommerce roadmap. As the Vice President of Marketing, my responsibilities included oversight of the promotional activities for one of the largest financial cooperatives in West Tennessee. We served over 31,000 members in various rural and metro markets, and my charter was to ensure that our brand promise and service delivery built trust and loyalty. During my time at Leaders, our assets grew by $170 million and we completed three credit union mergers that expanded our retail footprint into two additional markets. I aided in the charter expansion submission for an additional three-county designation that was secured shortly after my departure. I successfully completed an 18-month visual and organizational rebranding initiative that included extensive consumer and employee focus groups and national retail merchandising research. I expanded Leaders’ promotional activities to include paid keyword, paid social media, programmatic, and streaming advertising. In 2015, The Financial Brand recognizes Leaders as the number 2 performer in YouTube video views as a result of my channel management.
