I am a cloud platform and infrastructure project manager for The Baldwin Group (formerly Baldwin Risk Partners). In this position I manage our organizations cloud platform implementations, as well as the digital workplace projects for our enterprise digital backbone transformation efforts.Previously, I have worked in the healthcare, and pharmaceutical distribution industries as a project lead with Cardinal Health, one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in the world; as an IT project manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital, managing Epic implementations in one of the largest and most comprehensive pediatric hospitals and research institutes in the United States, as well as data center and infrastructure implementations; and finally as a healthcare interoperability project manager with Philips healthcare leading implementations of Philips' Interoperability Solutions facilitating safe, secure, and reliable information exchange, easily integrating with and supporting third-party vendors using open standards such as HL7, DICOM, FHIR, XDS and XCA.In these roles I have utilized traditional as well as agile project methodology to manage projects as appropriate. I am also an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force and a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Airman Leadership School. As a constant learner, obsessed with continuous improvement, I have completed a B.S. in Project Management from Colorado State University - Global Campus, as well as an undergraduate certificate in Management Basics from Front Range Community College, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification through Villanova University . I have experience with multiple project management systems, such as Monday.com, Jira, and am an expert MS Project user, as well as maintaining a high level proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, guided by a thirst for lifelong learning and the constant pursuit of self-improvement.I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Global Business Administration from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, the graduate school of international affairs at Tufts University. This degree combines the curriculum of an MBA from Tufts, a "little ivy," with the global perspective of the Fletcher School. The skills learned throughout this degree will further develop my business acumen for organizations on an international scale.
