Josh McGlade: I consider one of my greatest achievements/abilities is to find the talent in every employee, whether they know they have it or not, and to fan the flame of great confidence and achievement in everyone.I have worn many hats in my 13 yrs. in the Fire Safety Industry - Service Technician in multiple divisions, Sales, and Manager. As a result, I have had a unique ability in overseeing multi-faceted projects and have been able to bridge the gap between service technicians and management.
