In May of 2012 I was contacted by Xerox, through an outside agency. Because I was often stated as the reason they were unable to convince any of my accounts to defect and I was successful in winning some of their accounts they were interested in meeting me. I met with the President of Xerox for California. He felt I could help them with their California MPS business both in creating the structure and expanding their presence. I accepted their offer and started for them in August 2012.• Reviewed and made changes in all aspects of their MPS Division concerning spreadsheets, supplies, technicians, parts, customer relations, billing and inventory of loaners and machines for sale.• Taught Sales Representatives techniques to use on Customer Account Reviews with my Cost Justification Reports and Sales Solutions which led an increase in our equipment footprint and expanded service contracts.• Initiated automated surveys that I utilized at Ray Morgan that kept us in touch with our customers and allowed us to respond quickly to any issues or suggestions.• Sought and hired MPS sales representatives with extensive knowledge of MPS. Director Of Managed Print Services
Created the Printer and MPS Division from scratch at Ray Morgan Company. Started the Printer Division by hiring Technicians creating marketing strategies, managing supply inventory and supply loaners, maintaining parts inventory and printer equipment inventory for the entire Division. By 2003 our Division had three technicians. The division, Sales, Service and Supplies, was responsible for over $80,000 a month in revenue, not including new copier sales. We then moved into MPS. I created the spreadsheets and calculations to monitor our profits. I created all spreadsheets for calculations, proposals, side by side comparisons, phase-out solutions. I ran the evaluations for all proposals. By 2006, MPS contracts alone were generating over $200,000 in residual monthly MPS revenue. By the time I left in 2012 we were doing over $1 million a month in residual revenue from MPS agreements alone. Constant monitoring through service, sales and supplies I was continually capitalizing on opportunities and expanding the business. I implemented CPP software to monitor accounts to provide cost justification reports and promote our phase out program• Created the Printer Division / MPS Division from scratch.• Created and implemented marketing campaigns to start our business.• Created our supply inventory, loaner inventory, parts inventory and machine inventory.• Monitored entire division to keep track of P&L reports. • Hired and trained sales staff and technical staff to support the printer division and MPS sales for all locations in California and Nevada.• Created all spreadsheets for the proposals and implementation for the MPS program.• Personally closed $900,000 to $1,000,000 in sales annually from 2006 – 2012 • Won Presidents Award from 2006 through 2012
