I design products, machinery, packaging, and robotics systems in a high volume manufacturing facility. I specialize in molding, CAM, mechatronics, automation, robotics, and CAD. I have designed products for some of the largest tackle companies in the world such as: Mustad, VMC, War Eagle, Yamamoto, Missile Baits, Gene Larew, Jakked Baits, Pradco, Wapsi, Arkie, Nichols, 5 Fish Bait Co., Jewel Bait Co., Binks, Dixie Jet, Duckett, Freedom Tackle and many more. I have worked with some of the most successful anglers in the industry to help bring their ideas into fruition. Anglers such as, Mike Iaconelli, John Crews, Andy Morgan, James Watson, Kevin Short, Brian Snowden, Pete Wenners, Andrew Upshaw, Matt Stephan and many more. I bring years of combined experience and have been responsible for millions of successful products sold in stores with millions more to come.

I was responsible for giving every customer a 5 star experience. Being a server at a fine dining restaurant is more than filling drinks and taking orders. It's about getting to know your customers needs in a 30 second conversation and providing a rich experience filled with unexpected surprises and satisfaction.

I was responsible for the health of ALL merchandise. Keeping plants alive and thriving under tough circumstances while providing excellent customer service. It required a thorough knowledge of my inventory, so i could effectively sell merchandise to customers.

I started as a Lot Attendant cleaning cars and parking the lot. Working my way to become an accounts representative, I managed our delinquent accounts within a 3% margin. Working my way to become a Sales Representative, I broke the store record for monthly sales. Keeping my momentum, the store was forced to double the building size and staff to keep up with my sales. I was then promoted to Customer Service Representative, where i was able to combine all my skills to maintain our excellent customer relations/sales/accounts records.
