I managed a product organization with three internal engineering teams as well as managing many external vendors and ensuing integration work.I was selected by the Chief Product Officer to serve as lead on AT&T’s mobile ad strategy, responsible for cross-divisional management, agency pitches, corporate development evaluations, and collaboration with AT&T's global Chief Privacy Officer on gathering subscriber data profiles.Highlights included building of a search ad server that enabled billions of impressions and millions in revenue, which improved CTR, engagement, and churn metrics for AT&T Interactive Publisher Network. We filed and were granted multiple patents for this work. While at Ingenio I led development of the flagship Pay Per Call ad product.
