I started in this role as a concurrent assignment to my Director role in Allstate Talent Acquisition in March of 2021 before stepping fully into the position in August of '22. In 2021 the team executed over 5,000 hires. National General Insurance, an Allstate company, was acquired by Allstate in January of 2021 and has been in the insurance industry for more than 100 years. Today, National General offers auto, home, and accident and health insurance, as well as other specialty niche insurance products, through a large network of independent insurance agents, as well as directly to consumers.
