A Graduate from Texas A&M University, Joshua Mills did several internships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area before obtaining his Real Estate license in 2001. Mills comes from a long line of both real estate and entertainment pedigree. His grandfather Frank Mills, the on-air newscaster for KXAS/WBAP was a Texas Television Pioneer, being the first voice ever heard on Texas TV. Joshua has worked in both residential real estate, investments and the Television/Film industry for 15 years in New York and California before relocating back to Texas to join the family business. Mills Real Estate Group, "Mills Residential" is run by the seasoned Farm & Ranch broker David Mills, Joshua's father. Joshua also is the managing member and founder of the online "OTT" Network - Home Design Television where he continues to further his passion for both entertainment and residential real estate. He loves the real estate industry, and is thrilled to help his clients achieve their goals of both home ownership and portfolio building for wealth stability. Faith, family values and smart business decisions are the core fundamentals of the ‘Mills Residential’ mission statement. A member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, TREC and Texas Association of Realtors, Mills is also an avid supporter of Texas Arts and Film. TEN10 Television will employ a business model focused on progressive financing to fund deficits, to generate profits, and to retain a significant equity portion in each of its’ respective TV Properties, resulting in a library of powerful television assets that will generate recurring high margin revenue.
