During my three years at e-Careers I grew a marketing department of one into a team of seven, split across designers and copywriters, as well as managing communications with our Mumbai tech team.With core skills in design, messaging and copywriting my position developed into a senior management role, sitting between marketers, copywriters and designers. I ensured the tone and voice of the brand was captured in every piece of marketing collateral, working closely with other departments to create an identity that reflected the needs of our target audience.My most recent project saw me developing the branding and messaging for the re-branding of e-Careers. This involved pitching to the board of directors, CEO and chairman of e-Careers our new identity, as well as overseeing the whole project from a messaging and branding perspective.
