I got lucky early on in my marketing career and was able to cut my teeth at Red Bull Energy Drink during its early days in North America. After an 8-year stint in the energy drink category, I hopped over to help Muscle Milk become the #1 protein brand with millennials, ultimately ushering the brand through acquisition. I spent the past two years as the Head of Marketing for Revive Kombucha, bringing a rebrand to life which won "Best New Packaging of 2018 by BevNET" and following it up in year two by launching a game-changing shelf-stable innovation line called Revive Sparkling Kombucha (in cans) which won "Best New Product of 2019" by BevNET. In 2020 I came over to TCHO Chocolate in Berkeley, California to lead a rebrand project, which ultimately ended up being a complete overhaul of the product P&L and brand positioning of the company as a whole. We ditched dairy and soy and launched an entirely new line of plant-based chocolate bars, and we are now one of the fastest-growing brands at Whole Foods Market and in the Natural Channel across Total US. Overseeing a retail, DTC and foodservice marketing and sales, TCHO has found it's legs again and is growing and competing in each channel quite competitively. I have over 15 years of experience with three dynamic and category-leading brands. Energy. Protein. Kombucha. I have a passion for leadership, which was my minor in college. Recently began leading the charge on Muscle Mik's implementation of a data strategy, which includes marketing attribution to better understand our customer and their consumer journey. Developed brand identity for the Evolve brand of plant-based protein products, a strategic line of innovation built to attract new users into the CytoSport family. To create awareness for the Evolve brand, we developed an influencer project to visit all 59 National Park to capture content and create park guides.     Responsible for the strategy and execution of national field, event and customer marketing activity. Leveraged sports marketing assets such as Steph Curry, Chicago Blackhawks, Clay Matthews, UCLA, USC, U of Texas and 20+ other partners to build sales in key markets; results include a +25% market share where we have field teams versus where we do not. When building our field marketing organization, we reached a height of 20 key markets, 44 branded vehicles, 42 brand and team managers and over 300 part-time brand ambassadors (sampling team members and collegiate ambassadors). Was responsible for the annual strategic plan, recruiting, training materials, motivating and of course reporting to ensure a return to the organization.
