The NNSS is part of the nation’s nuclear weapons national laboratory system and occupies over 1350 square miles of highly secure land outside of Las Vegas.He also brought his experience to Gartner, the world-renowned IT research and advisory firm, where as an Executive Partner, he supported U.S. federal and defense execs with strategic planning, leadership, cybersecurity and risk management, emerging technologies, and more.Moulin’s background in cybersecurity was initially forged in law enforcement, where he pioneered a regional cybercrimes task force and a digital forensics lab in response to the early challenges of digital crime.
