Select responsibilities and accomplishments include:• Founding the FDA Nerve Center, a business development group with Deloitte executive backing and financial sponsorship, across 270 practitioners at FDA. Resulted in new business opportunities for Deloitte at FDA, dozens of mentorship relationships, and helped beat FY15 targets by $14M and grow revenue to $60M per annum• Developed Market Strategy and Sustainable Enterprise Roadmap for Student Language Exchange (SLE), a non-profit building a generation of leaders who are culturally competent and globally engaged• Initiating and coordinating human resource mobility project for practitioners with families to work remotely• Co-leading Office of Business Informatics drug supply chain data analysis enhancement allowing inspectors and regulators to identify trends and spot anomalies. Resulted in helping reduce review period for pre-market drugs from 18 to 12 months

Selected to represent Deloitte in moderating project development workshops and panels for the IMF and World Bank’s African Youth Forum held in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. Led 2-3 delegates from each African country through targeted workshops and case-competitions to address challenges in entrepreneurship, education, and employment. Resulted in new business relationships with the African Development Bank, the World Bank group and a Deloitte pro-bono project to assist in developing the 2017 African Youth Forum

• Supported the stand-up of the Internal Project Management Office for a $250M USPS account, spearheading knowledge management solution for 150 practitioners on account• Facilitated brainstorming session with 12 key USPS clients resulting in $600,000 contract extension
