I run after school Dungeons and Dragons sessions for middle and high schoolers. Dungeons and Dragons is a Table-top Role Playing game where players take on the roles of adventurers as they delve through dungeons - fighting monsters, solving puzzles, and finding treasure. As the Game Master, I create a fantasy world for players to interact with, create problems for the players to solve, and facilitate team dynamics to ensure the players have an enjoyable experience. I am responsible for managing groups of up to 7 players and helping them find an agreeable path forward when it comes to making decisions.

As a Service Professional, I managed the front of house team members of the restaurant, including servers, bartenders, bussers, and hosts. I was in charge of assigning each team member their positions for the day in a way that played to each team members strengths. Before the start of a shift, I talked in team members with necessary updates and established sales goals. Throughout the day I monitored team members and supported the team during peak hours to ensure that guests received quality service.
