Partnered in the past with product management to work on feature rollout plans. • Worked on bringing QB Time in line with other Payroll segments in terms of defect reporting. • Member of the capability stewards / staff engineering groups helping make technical decisions.• Rolled out QB Time Subject Matter Expert (SME) wiki and onboarded members to Pager Duty. I worked to identify experts for capabilities.• Worked with QB Workforce mobile team leaders to help build out the new mobile bug / defect processes. • Created content for and curated Confluence wiki with Escalation Playbook and encourage documenting our features and processes.• Completed Manager Accelerator, Aspiring Managers Pilot Program, D4D (design for delight), and A4A Awesome Assessor Intuit trainings.
