At HackerAgency, I lead all operational components of the SerumAgency business, including contract development, client and vendor onboarding, project execution, fiscal analysis and staffing decisions for all contracts. Lead team of 5 direct-report project managers and an extended staff of 28 across SerumAgency.Built HackerAgency’s first Agile operational methodology. I researched, adapted and implemented the company’s first non-Waterfall work process, creating a hybrid method between software agile and traditional waterfall – a success that is now implemented across all company work groups.Developed bespoke operational and fiscal tools, including to-the-minute burn analysis, estimate scoring, efficiency metrics, new business investment criteria and go/no-go financial analysis, profitability projection and staff costing analysis – tools now used across HackerAgency as best practice.Lead the SerumAgency Wheelhouse team, a group of discipline leads charged with guiding the long-term strategic decision-making of the SerumAgency Business and reporting directly to the C-suite.One-Year Team Health Metrics: Teams utilized at 86% - one percent above target. 225% increase in internal applications to join our team.Churn dropped from 40% to 10%. Increased our revenue from $4 million to over $9 million through an RFP process I spearheaded.
