Direct and manage our organization's business activities as well as develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. This includes allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.

As a member of the Executive Management Team, I oversee all Production related activities. I am the Direct Report for 5 Construction Superintendents, the Corporate Scheduling Team, 30+ Construction Crews, Concrete contractors as well as several excavation and gutter crews. In addition to leading the Production side of the business, I oversee the company Safety program to ensure OSHA compliance and implementation of QSI's Safety Policies and Procedures.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals. Planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals. Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, pricing, and promotions. Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to enhance sales. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Meet with key clients, assisting sales reps with maintaining relationships and closing sales. Coordinates liaison between sales department and other related units. Analyze and control expenditures to conform to any budgetary requirements. Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and tech publications. Prepare sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Direct product research and development. Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of our competitors. Recommend budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work. Implement company policies and procedures.

Find and cultivate new accounts as well as grow and service current customers within the territory through visitation, phone calls and email correspondence in order to increase sales. Establish pricing for customers in the territory within given guidelines and quote materials to customers. Develop a relationship with all customers in the territory. Know all competitors, and trends in the marketplace. Assist customers with field issues, and new product applications. Give training sessions and presentations to architects, designers, distribution centers, and contractors to demonstrate our products. Assist engineering with warranty purchases and claims. Support operations and purchasing with special orders.Work with customer service on sales orders that require clarification or that have complications. Act promptly to meet or exceed sales and accounting reporting requirements.
