I believe you must be driven to be a part of the British Army; you also need determination, mental strength and confidence. I also worked as a recruiter for my squadron. This would entail going out to different events and talking to people about joining the army and my particular squadron, we had a yearly target of recruits to bring in and we would work as a team to fulfil this target once the person registered and interest I would mentor them through the joining procedure and then through their training until they were a qualified soldier and integrated into the squadron. My role within Viridor is mainly ensuring the quality of waste that is coming into Trident Park and Avonmouth Energy Recovery Facilities through various local authority contracts and commercial customers, ensuring that the waste we receive conforms to the environmental permit issued to each site.
