• Provide internal support for CUCM, CUC, and IMP.• Provide support for our Enterprise UCCE Call Center.• Give guidance for our Telepresence strategy and implement this strategy.• Assist in the support of implementation of Cloud WebEx and Spark.• Responsible for building out Splunk monitoring for our Voice environment.

• Provide Tier 3 support for all current customers for network and voice related issues.• Answering any presales question of our Account managers and customers about proposed voice/network solutions.• Responsible for scoping and quoting voice solutions for potential clients.• Provide network assessments at the request of our current customers.• Implement complex voice/network implementations including UCS, CallManager, Unity Connection, IM&P, UCX, and Expressway technologies.• Configure all network equipment for network/voice implementations including switches and routers that are included in the project.• Responsible for making any network changes to support voice implementations.

Complete all Insight integrations and assist in any new integration of existing customers.Provide technical explanations on the how Insight will manage the customer's network and how the process will take place.Configure all Insight VPN devices for new customers.Assist in testing connectivity to the VPN device and creating VPNs to our redundant VPN Routers in our COLO.Configure necessary firewall changes to allow the new customer's network to communicate with Insight management devices.Responsible of being the technical go to person throughout the integration project.Complete new customer spreadsheets with all relevant information on the devices we are going to manage.Assign the new customer a NAT space and creating one to one NATS on our VPN device so we are able to access their devices.Configure SNMP on all Firewalls, routers, switches, Cisco Voice products, and any other device that we manage via SNMP.Assist in the research on new products that we may need to gain knowledge.Perform checklists on all IPT and IPCC servers to ensure they meet best practices before we bring them into management. Notify Senior Engineers that there are concerns on Voice servers that need to be taken care of before the servers are brought in Management.Assist Senior Engineers in any changes that need to be made to Voice servers to bring them up to best practices.Test all connectivity, SNMP, and other management tools are working before I submit the new customer for management.Submit the new customer for management to our infrastructure and they bring the customer into management.
