With over 24 years of experience in the US Navy as an Information System Technician, I have developed a passion for fitness and wellness, as well as a strong background in security and technology. I am currently a Personal Trainer at Jefferson Fit, where I deliver challenging workouts for clients of various fitness levels and goals. I hold multiple certifications, including ISSA CPT, CrossFit Level 1, and NASM Golf Fitness Professional. Additionally I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from American Military University. My mission is to help people achieve their optimal health and performance while creating a safe and efficient environment. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to collaborate with other fitness professionals and enthusiasts.
