Continue to support and develop the staff in China with the hopes of soon adding engineering capabilities and potentially some production support as well.

Take quoted concepts and turn them into developed and detailed designs for the customer. Heavily involved with the customer during the design and approval stages.Assisting Production with implementation of Lean concepts and with any problems that arose.Adding revisions to existing designs to make them easier to use and easier to produce.

Developed new tooling for the Assembly, Stamping, Welding and Tool Service departments. Also maintained and improved existing tooling. Managed one co-op, and had oversight over several other machinists in the Tool Room and Tool Crib departments.
