Built, launched, and scaled Spruce - H&R Block’s new mobile banking platform. I led a team of product managers who owned onboarding and money movement. My team developed a world class experience that makes it as simple as possible for users to get signed up and setup with Spruce in just a few clicks. We also created solutions that make it delightful to move money in, out, and around Spruce.

- Responsible for driving product launches to PayPal's SMB customers. Lead launch strategy through collaboration with product, GTM, product marketing, PMO, operations, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders. - Deliver launch plans that drive stakeholder and organizational alignment. Drive testing strategy and execution to validate end-to-end product experience and ensure delivery of high-quality experiences.- Led global launch of Funds Now, PayPal’s top strategic priority in 2018, to 8 markets and 3.5m+ customers.- Launched a redesigned Holds experience globally, which improved messaging for PayPal's SMB customers and enabled faster access to funds.- Launched enhancements to PayPal Invoicing, including Estimates, which allows customers to send custom quotes that can be converted into invoices, Recurring Invoicing, and v2 API.

- Fostered PayPal’s partnerships with leading retail solution providers. Constructed joint go-to-market strategy to advance deployment of PayPal in the retail space while working closely with internal and external partners.- Brought voice of the partner to the product development process and worked closely with product to identify solution needs and prioritize features.- Developed sales engagement models to drive adoption of PayPal within partner solutions built for retailers. - Built sales education materials and designed incentives to accelerate distribution of PayPal in 3rd party channels.- One of 12 managers in the Americas region (400+ employees) selected to participate in PayPal’s inaugural Executive Job Shadow Program. - Recipient of 2016 President’s Club award recognizing PayPal’s top performers in North America.

- Developed competitive benchmark analysis comparing Azul against two competitors on the basis of industry specific financial and operational metrics. Presented findings to the Azul CFO and corporate finance team. - Assessed the landing systems of 11 Brazilian airports. Performed financial analysis designed to incentivize the airports to upgrade their technology (to reduce flight cancellations) and presented findings to Azul’s President. - Modeled financial impact of retrofitting a portion of Azul’s operating fleet.

- Researched potential markets and performed valuation of distressed investment opportunities.- Contributed to negotiation of terms with outside counsel for several LOIs on behalf of Mead Park.

Institutional Fixed Income Business Development and Sales

Headed the structuring and syndicate for new issue securitization business backed by U.S. and European bank and insurance trust preferreds, leveraged loans and commercial real estate securities.

Global Structured Credit Products Group
