The plaintiffs sought over $200,000 in damages, but the jury determined the plaintiffs did not have any injuries caused by the accident.

Practiced for nearly 14 years with Levy Wheeler Waters, a mid-sized civil litigation law firm in the Denver Tech Center, as an associate attorney (2002-2013) and partner (2013-2016). I practiced in diverse subject areas, including business law, insurance bad faith, construction defect, intellectual property, professional liability, and personal injury.
