We've partnered with retailers and wholesalers across the US and internationally, giving them the tools and support they need to succeed. ShopHero's focus on providing world class service has led to our position as the leader in online grocery for independents.As the COO of a hyper growth startup, I oversee operations, HR, finance, support, and investor relations. I built business development and sales teams, and implemented processes that led to triple digit year-over-year growth. Nurtured industry relationships to develop a thriving partner channel and established ShopHero as an industry leader. Created customer support and success teams, and established best practices leading to 95% retention. I own the P&L and reporting to the board and investors. Manage day-to-day billing for all customers. Recruit, hire, and train for all positions within the company. I prepare all financial statements for board presentations to our parent company.
