Self-studied exercise physiology and training systems to write training plans and guide the team through them. Results:- Individual 1: 4:42 -> 4:19 mile, 7th at club nationals, 12 second personal best in one season- Individual 2: achilles injury, two months of crosstraining with individualized bike workouts, broke 16:00 in the 5000m for the first time ever two weeks after return to running- Individual 3: advised an individual who improved 16:07 -> 15:03 in the 5K for 2nd at club nationals- Team: indoor track meet where every participating member of the team set a personal best- Team: the team went on to win the regional XC championship, placing top 6 in spots 2-3-4-5-6-8, set numerous club records, and place individuals 1st/2nd/2nd/6th at club nationals

As a team, we won the national Watson intern expo out of ~100 teams. Individually, I wrote a multithreaded speech-to-text client, used computer vision techniques to extract playing cards from images, trained the Watson visual recognition API to recognize suit and rank of a card, assisted with aspects of robot communication and coordination, and took the lead on planning and following agile processes. -
