-Adopt both hard and soft skills in topics including underwriting credit and business ethics alongside a group of 70 new hires in the WF Development Hub.-Lead the “Building on Networking Dynamics” (BOND) Committee as one of two elected Co-Chairmen.

-Conduct equity research-Deliver stock recommendations to the board of directors.-“OXY”, the stock that our group researched, was one of the four chosen to invest in out of ten groups.

-Manage a team of twenty interns in supply chain and manufacturing consulting in the state of Indiana-Lead discussions from start to finish in client relationships.-Foster critical thinking skills with students when applying concepts toward client solutions.-Create the internship website and deliver papers on leadership strategies.

-Structure, research and deliver solutions in client-facing engagements related to supply chain optimization, robotics and automation.-Interact with clients to gather relevant data, provide guidance and prepare recommendations based on client requirements.

-Lead the house Judicial Board in helping create plans to address issues and assist members to better challenge themselves in their personal growth.-Originate a “Standards Contract” to hold all 120+ brothers more accountable to our core values.

-Lead event planning and logistics for 150+ teammates such as recruitment, volunteer work, parents day, alumni weekend, etc.

-Took over from the previous webmaster to assist the executive board in maintaining functionality of the team during COVID-19-Ensured functionality and maintenance of website, updated team news/schedule weekly.

-Provided support to a team with Corporate Investment Banking experience, focused on Agribusiness, Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.-Completed client engagements by analyzing credit and underwriting with CXT data files, BQR analysis, and modeling.-Performed ESG and industry-specific research on commodities through FactSet, IBISWorld, and industry reports.
