Productivity Monitor and assist technicians to improve their work practices to enable them to reach their agreed number of daily service calls. Ensure all technicians have the necessary service and parts manuals required to effectively service the range of products on which they are trained.Technical Efficiency Monitor, assist and improve skill levels of technicians to minimise repeat calls. Monitor and assist technicians on how best to control and reduce their Parts Usage Cost. Monitor, access and train technical staff to meet present and future field requirements.Inventory Management Monitor the accuracy of Teams Van and Office Stock by regular stocktakes and check the accuracy of Technicians paper work regularly Assist Technicians to Maintain Van Stock Levels to cover calls between replenishment. Have systems in place so all technicians know when to claim warranty and ensure these claims are lodged.Customer Management The ability to discuss problems with Customers in a professional manner and come up with a solution that resolves the Customer complaint.Relationships The ability to lead, organise, train and assign work to staff under their supervision and have regular service meetings. The ability to run Service Department in Managers absence with the assistance of the other managers.Company Policy Observance of QA, Environment & OH&S procedures Perform all work duties in a manner that ensures individual Health and Safety and that of all other employees by adhering to safe work practices, instructions, rules and by immediately reporting any unsafe work condition or equipment to management.
