Responsible for accelerating Workday’s growth through the development and services-based solution offerings for Workday Adaptive Planning, Prism, VIBE, People Analytics, and other new emerging solutions within education, government, not-for-profit, and healthcare verticals. Support the Workday field sales and services organization in positioning Emerging Solutions within the sales cycle for net-new, and add-on deployments.

As the Planning business development manager for Workday's Education, Government, and Not-for-Profit vertical, Josh is responsible for:• Developing winning deployment strategies that enable Workday customers to realize the value of their Workday Adaptive Planning investment early, and grow that value over time; • Serving as the conduit within the sales cycle to the Workday professional services organization;• Coordinating with Workday’s deployment partner ecosystem and ensuring that project scope and effort are aligned to successfully deploy Workday Adaptive Planning for net-new and existing Workday customers;• Managing the professional services pipeline for Workday Adaptive Planning within the US Education & Government vertical, and supporting Workday’s field sales subscription team.

• Owner of the long and short term strategy and direction for CGI’s public sector Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployment, CGI Advantage360; • Responsible for aligning product vision and strategy for the Advantage360 deployment model; including product engineering, operations, implementation, support, marketing and business development;• Served as public face of CGI Advantage360 product to C-suite and executive decision makers throughout the engagement lifecycle; including RFP authoring, pre-sales discussions and demonstrations, contract negotiations, implementation and steady state operations;• Responsible for the CGI Advantage360 client user group, leading all interactions to elicit client end-user product feedback to be incorporated into the product roadmap and short/long term strategy; • Develop and delivery of content related to the SaaS deployment of Advantage at the annual CGI Advantage user group conference.

• Review and prioritize product enhancement requests, determine functional vision for enhancements, author design specifications, and work along side with engineers and testing resources during the entire SDLC for creation of new product features and capabilities;• Develop and deliver end user education sessions for the annual CGI Advantage user group conference; • Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations and oral presentations.
