Through the development of these projects I gained a strong understanding of design for functional use, prototyping and production techniques, and the whole local design industry.

Working with a range of film development, scanning, and printing processes to turn over high quantities of professional content on a daily basis, this role involved developing an accurate eye for colour details and imperfections. On top of the multi-tasking skills required, this role involved strict maintenance and repair of the vintage equipment.

Taking quite a holistic role at Disrupt Sports, I was able to work across a range of design mediums. This saw me designing promotional content for social media use, developing branded surfboard artwork, and photographing and editing photographs for promotional use as well as for online marketplaces.
