I was the design lead for New Relic’s Browser, a real user monitoring product. I work directly with engineering and product to make key decisions about the technology, strategy, and design that drives Browser. I lead and conduct customer research to drive those decisions while also working directly with our customer support team. Some highlights have been designing the first iteration of Browser on a new platform, working across teams to implement front-end distributed tracing, and creating data visualizations for all-new performance metrics.Previous to Browser, I worked on Synthetics, designing features like user-defined alert conditions and secure credential workflows. I have helped other teams by designing an update to our documentation site, and creating new internal finance and sales tools. In addition to my design work, I gave a main-stage presentation at our 2018 internal product organization conference with well over 500 people in attendence, and co-lead a design avocacy internal working group called DesignLab.

While my title was simple, my role at Electric Pulp was not. I was responsible for all aspects of design on a wide range of products–including UX and visual design–with a primary focus on ecommerce. I led our clients through the complete design process while working directly with developers and PMs. Some highlights included mobile apps for BMW and Lexus and ecommerce sites for 5.11 Tactical and O’Neill.

At 10up, I designed custom WordPress admin workflows for some of the largest, most visited websites on the internet. When I wasn't doing that, I was designing and architecting content strategies for website redesigns, with a focus on mobile-first, responsive web.

As lead UX Designer at ThinkShout, I was responsible for all aspects of design for our clients. We specialize in responsive, large-scale Drupal sites for nonprofit clients like the Southern Poverty Law Center, Nike Foundation and the Environmental Defense Fund. Responsibilities include creating interaction design deliverables like wireframes, sitemaps, user flows; creating visual design deliverables like style tiles, design mockups; and making prototypes.

Before focusing on FloridaHospital.com in 2011, I lead our internal agency's design for dozens of Drupal websites.

At Mindcomet, I designed websites and interactive applications for everyone from Fortune 500 companies to family-owned wineries. I worked on projects for clients such as AOL, Speed TV, El Pollo Loco, Wolters-Kluwer, National Cinemedia and Orca Bay Foods, just to name a few.

At Island One Resorts, I cut my teeth on interactive design, quickly learning and excelling at HTML & CSS. My designs helped the company win its first industry-wide awards (ARDY) in years.
