I am Responsible for new business development and retention of current client base within the Northern Alberta Region including PSV valve service, valve sales and chemical injection pump sales including solar packages. We distribute several industry recognized product lines and provide service/valve repair in 7 facilities across Alberta and NE British Columbia. Alongside this, Unified Valve Group has In-situ services such as PSV onsite support units, Lift Assist Steam testing units & Field/Facility Greasing units for wellhead application and/or facility maintenance (sealant injection). We currently have steam boilers in 2 of our VR facilities (Edmonton & Bonnyville) with a 3rd being commissioned March 2020 in Calgary. Steam recertification is one of our specialties.

Northern Alberta

Responsible for new and current business development and sales within the Northern Alberta Region including Service, Installation and Maintenance. Advise customers on parts, services and recommended installation upgrades.Complete work orders and customer estimates.Schedule and complete routine equipment maintenance.Coordinating long haul deliveries and transportation to customer site.Ensure prompt response to sales leads and proper installation techniques in correspondence with customer requirements.Advise customers on additional sales and services available in order to maintain operational flow.Remain current with new technologies and equipment in order to maintain a high standard of service offered to the customer to promote future sale prospects.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with numerous customers and businesses throughout Northern and Central Alberta.Troubleshooting various types of electronic, vacuum and computer based systems within a fast paced environment often with minimal time frame.Keeping accurate records of time, part inventory and sales calls to appropriately manage job efficiency.Directing respective crews on various work sites during installation and service processes. Prepare quotes for products, service, new builds and respective labor costs.Installing and troubleshooting specialized computer software for clients, including sales and upgrades.Monitoring client systems to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining minimum downtime.Reconcile and coordinate payments for sales and services rendered.Routine customer visits to maintain company/client report and positive customer experience.Initiating new business development within respective territory.
