– BACKGROUND –Much of my career has been spent in the health and fitness space owning and building up my own gym – Training for Warriors (TFW). As a solo entrepreneur, I executed everything from sales, customer service, and marketing to administration, finance, and general operations. Throughout my time owning and operating TFW Gym, I also have always had my hand in a family busines – Rupprecht Construction & Foundation Repair. With this work, I focused much of my time on construction project management and associated client management. – CAREER TRANSITION –After 10 years running TFW Gym, Covid got the best of us and I’ve decided to close down to pursue other opportunities. I’m incredibly excited about this next chapter of my life and knew exactly what I wanted to transition into – sales, business development, and client services. This component of my work with both the gym and construction work has always been a highlight for me in that I truly enjoy forming and managing relationships with clients both in early sales stages and throughout the customer lifecycle. I’m now looking for Sales Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or other related roles that would allow me to leverage my entrepreneurial background, revenue development expertise, and love for connecting with people.
