Working with partners to facilitate integrations often requires diplomacy and patience - as well as the ability to troubleshoot an XML post or API call. ► DATA. Migrating data, mining data, and reporting are foundational.► TRAINING. User adoption doesn't happen without a plan and well-excited training strategy. ► UPSELL and cross-sells.
