In June 2009, I was headhunted back to a restructured EMI, the company having been bought and restructured by private equity firm Terra Firma. I reported to the Vice President, Digital. I owned best practice documentation for the UK business, for campaign web site and mobile app development - working closely with the CRM Manager and Search Manager - and I set the preferred supplier pool of technical and creative agencies. I managed web and mobile app development agencies and freelancers.
