Senior Desktop Technician
Current- Provides desktop support for employees of Edelman Financial Engines nationwide- mobile device specialist coordinating the delivery, management of business phones, and tablet devices. - provided satellite office setup support, setting up IP phones, computers, and networks in newly opened office locations.-imaging and configurations of new employee laptops (both Mac and Windows), as well as running IT onboarding orientation-managing 12 onsite dedicated zoom rooms-lead tech in charge of working with our company’s owner and any technical issues he may have- Active Directory modifications including OU management and group memberships- O365 and exchange 365 management including group memberships, distribution list creation and modifications- experienced in ticket management systems Service Now and JIRA cloud- Mac management through JAMF-Software and patch management through Ivanti-print server management adding printers and managing active printers- user data backup recovery via OneDrive, Druva, and shadow copy for files store on file servers-Zoom phone and meeting administration updating delegates, voicemail setup, licensing, phone number set up for new hires
