Josh Scutt is currently employed by Paylocity as the Vice President of Sales for Emerging Markets. Prior to that, Josh held the title of VP of Enterprise Sales at NCR. Previously, Josh was employed by ADP for 20 years. Beginning as a Sales Associate in Upstate New York and advancing quickly through numerous leadership roles, Josh rose to the position of Senior Vice President of Small Business Sales. He is a 1994 graduate of Northern Michigan University, where he played College Football for four years. His natural leadership skills were recognized early on in his college career with his teammates choosing him as team captain. After college, he spent two seasons in the Arena Football League. A lifelong athlete, Josh spent his formative years honing his baseball skills and in 2009 was inducted into the New York State American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame. In March of 2013 Josh was also inducted into the Section 4 Hall of Fame in Upstate New York. Mr. Scutt’s sales acumen, leadership, and management ability resulted in his selection for a number of crucial posts. He managed the Wholesale & Acquisition team while driving business through the community of Certified Public Accountants, led inside sales call center initiative and was chosen to support an“Up-Market Prospecting Initiative” in addition to his other duties. Due in large part to his innovative and motivational management style, the area he managed will deliver consecutive years of double digit revenue growth. His track record of accomplishment has been rewarded with his selection virtually every year for the prestigious “President’s Club” in addition to other corporate achievement honors.
