My responsibilities currently include: • Product Management: from creation from idea to design to manufacturing. • Marketing: including product packaging, photography, graphic design and social media campaigns.• Fulfillment: from order intake to the customer's hands.• Customer service: providing a first class experience to go along with our products.• Data Analysis: monitor top selling products, predict inventory levels, monitor ROAS, and more.

• Create and maintain PowerBI reports for the team to help drive data informed decisions.• Manage team Sharepoint and Teams setup.• Help manage recruiting candidate database, data collection and input.• Run the weekly Monday Morning Meeting to discuss workload and data integrity.• Track interview requests, search requests and offer letters.• Create organizational charts in Visio.• Prepare customer satisfaction surveys for candidates and hiring managers. Compile the results quarterly.

• Recruit candidates for user research studies at Microsoft. • Work with researchers to create screening documents that candidates would be screened against.• Query CRM database to find potential matches for the study.• Act as liaison between user research scientists and the participants.• Maintain schedule for multiple studies per week, running 10+ candidates each. Updating researcher and each candidate as needed.• Provide researchers and candidates with proper documents to ensure studies ran well.• Helped to optimize standard processes and documents by adding Excel macros to documents, fixing existing macros, reducing file size and number of files, and suggested changes to existing processes to streamline them.
