I am a highly motivated and passionate story builder. I love to put my heart in to my work, and create projects that carry emotional impact. My professional career spans over a quarter of a century in themed entertainment. My life has always been onstage and/or backstage, with an obsession for bringing joy to audiences.I am often asked what my background is to have become a Walt Disney Imagineer? I am a theatrical actor and director. I have been my entire life. A few of my personal hobbies include creative writing, photography, videography, and multimedia design (Photoshop, Final Cut, Premiere, Keynote, etc...). I am also deeply fascinated by people. Combining my talents and interests together is what I believe has applied the strongest to my creating heartfelt entertainment for theme park guests.I have an enormous respect for my upbringing. My father is a theatrical director. From him, I have been a student in learning proper staging (timing, balance, focus, lighting, etc...) and how to create entertainment that drives your audience/guest's emotions. My mother was a professional singer/entertainer with a gold platinum hit in 1960 (Jeanne Black: He'll Have to Stay). From her, I have inherited confidence for performance, and a quick wit that tends to get me in to trouble if it goes unchecked. In 2017, I relocated to northern Utah to take on the title of Chief Creative Officer for Evermore Park. Together with an amazingly talented team, the park was built, and opened to the public in the Fall of 2018. My role in the creation of this fantasy themed park was to create the characters and stories that would engage guests to in a believable realm for open role play. With an average cast of 50+ talented performers, each season allows guests to adventure and quest their way through an exciting progressive story, immersed by what I referred to as, “living theatre”.In September of 2019, I made the personal decision to depart from Evermore Park, and pursue my career paths back within the mainstream of entertainment. The next paths on my adventurous journey are now in the making…All opinions that I express online are my own, and not that of my employers, unless credited otherwise.

Soon thereafter we added colleague Imagineers, Tom Morris, Jim Clark and Andy DiGenova to help make this a reality. Seekers of the Weird #1 (based on Rolly Crump and Walt Disney's Museum of the Weird concept) hit shelves of comic book stores and Disney theme parks in January, 2014.Figment #1 hit comic book stores and theme parks in June of 2014 and was an immediate runaway hit with fans, selling out at Diamond Direct before actual street dates. Subsequent series titles have been; Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Figment 2, The Haunted Mansion, and Enchanted Tiki Room. The Haunted Mansion hardcover hit #1 on the New York Times Best Seller List for Graphic Novels. Further development of the Disney Kingdoms imprint were placed on hold indefinitely, which may or may not coincide with the time in which I made my departure from The Walt Disney Company in 2017. -
