ResNet Resource Center - A division of Northeastern's ResLife and Information Technology Departments.The ResNet Resource Center (RRC) is a full service technical support center serving all 13,000+ undergraduates and 7,000+ graduate students. ResNet is a fully authorized Dell and Apple repair location. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing student technology, and directly serving as the student-facing division of the university’s IT department. As a certified Hardware Technician, I serviced Dell and Apple warranty cases, as well as non-warranty hardware cases.
